Ushering in the Year of the Rabbit

We recently entered the Year of the Rabbit. For me, Tết (Lunar New Year) is another opportunity for renewal and resetting. I marked the occasion this year by tidying up my home and filling up my pantry to ensure prosperity throughout the year. I also cooked a traditional Vietnamese dish, thịt kho nước dừa (braised pork belly and egg).
