[My Life in Paris] Autumn Reset

Already, we find ourselves at the tail end of the year. I spent a good part of this year stuck in an unbending state of inertia. Most of this year passed me by unnoticed and many of my days tended to blend one into the other. Not wanting the rest of the year to pass me by unnoticed, I came out of my stupor and did a bit of a life reset recently. I want to be a bit more deliberate about how I approach my days, so I put together a list of things I want to do during the remainder the year – no goals nor responsibilities, just a to-do list of delightful things.

In this vlog, I spruced up my little nest with some new plants and cooked roasted coconut curry & lemongrass chicken legs, chayote soup and sautéed greens.

For the chicken recipe (which doesn’t include coconut milk powder like in this video): https://bit.ly/2r6b9U2
