Cooking for Myself While Wintering


Long stretches of grey skies and low temperatures drag my mood down during the cold months. To ease the winter blues and fight the urge to sleep all day, I make small plans for myself like making a delicious breakfast. Something like a cheesy bacon & egg croissant sandwich gives me something to look forward to in the morning. It also makes it easier to get out of a warm bed in the early morning hours.

For dinners, I like to stick to minimal effort dishes that are full of flavor, like stuffed bell peppers & zucchini sautéed with eggs.
