[My Life in Paris] Easing into Winter


Sub-zero temperatures arrived a bit early this winter. That means lots of hot drinks and hearty dishes to stay warm. I preserved some organic lemons with honey to drink with hot water in between my cups of espresso and tea. I also cooked up a Vietnamese ginger chicken rice along with a dipping sauce of ginger, garlic, chili peppers and fish sauce.
